Spray Foam Insulation for the Pacific Northwest Climate
Sealection Agribalance® Spray Foam Insulation sets new standards of quality, energy-efficiency and performance for builders, architects, and contractors. The semi-rigid, open-cell, polyurethane insulation’s high R-value and ease of application have taken insulation performance to a whole new level.
Based in renewable natural resources, Sealection Agribalance® allows new homes to be more energy efficient by expanding to seal cracks, gaps and voids in attics, walls cavities and ceilings. As a result, builders can use smaller, more energy-efficient heating and cooling systems to achieve the same level of comfort.
Heatlok Soy® is a closed-cell spray polyurethane foam insulation, made of recycled waste plastic. This rigid spray polyurethane foam helps to more efficiently utilize the world’s limited resources. Heatlok Soy® can reduce energy consumption in homes and buildings by up to 50% and is an excellent choice as a spray foam insulation and air-barrier in areas where relative humidity levels exceed 55%. This product is Air Barrier Association of America approved.
Ideal for high-humidity applications such as:
- Basement Walls
- Between Radiant-Heated Floors
- Crawl Spaces
- Exterior Bathroom Walls
- Foundation Exteriors
- Swimming Pools
- Wine Cellars
Spray-applied as a liquid, Sealection® 500 expands within seconds to 120 times its volume – filling every nook and cranny. It provides excellent energy efficiency and improved indoor air quality by eliminating air movement through walls. Sealection® 500 is a non-toxic spray foam which has undergone extensive testing and meets the intent of all building code requirements. It reduces airborne noise and dust, making it the healthy choice for households that suffer from allergies, asthma or chemical sensitivity.
Ideal for the following new home applications:
- Cathedral Ceilings
- Conditioned attics
- Wall Cavities
- Wood and/or Steel Construction
