What does our warrenty cover?

Westside Drywall warrants that all work has been performed in a workmanlike manner according the plans, specifications and industry standards. All material is new, unless otherwise specified and of good quality.

The warranty shall cover nail/screw pops, cracking of drywall due to settlement only within the guidelines set by the Construction Contractors Board of Oregon. Seams are specifically excluded.

Westside Drywall Inc offers the manufacturers warranty against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year. In fulfilling its warranty obligation, Westside Drywall Inc shall not be responsible for moving any fixtures, equipment, furniture or the like. All material is guaranteed as specified. Except as otherwise noted herein there are no any other trades workmanship, warranty for any repairs to our work by others, warranty of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose, fitness for habitability and workmanlike performance.
